Complex Care Support Worker

Location: Edinburgh, Crammond

Hours: (Full Time) 40 hours (Part Time) 20 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £12.57 - £13.57 per hour

Shift Patterns: 08:30 – 18:30

Phoenix Therapy & Care (part of the CareTech Group) pride ourselves on our delivery of excellent, holistic patient and family centred care. Our client group (Adults and Children) have highly complex physical health needs, which we meet in order to support their independence and enable them to lead fulfilling lives at home with their families.

We are looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our team on either a full or part time basis to help us to support our service users and their families. The needs of our client group vary widely from ventilator support to challenging behaviours. We do cover a 24-hour period so there is an expectation that you would be able to work days and nights and the shift times are individual to each package of care.

The whole of your shift will be spent with one client, so you will get the opportunity to really make a difference.

Full training will be given to meet the individual needs of the client but previous care experience is required.
