Role Type: Support Worker

Rate of Pay: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour
Support Worker : 48 Hours a week night shift
20 hours a week day shift
We are looking to recruit support workers to join a friendly established team providing support to a young disabled man in his own home and in the community. We are a small, close-knitteam of Support Workers working together to transform the life and increase the independence of our client. This will be an exciting opportunity to offer person-centered care while having fun undertaking exciting activities with our client. This post will encourage you to be creative while increasing your skills and knowledge as you become involved in the client’s rehabilitation programs. You will work closely with a physiotherapist, neuropsychologist, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist and many more professionals
The successful candidate will offer:
- Experience in care/support work
- Flexible approach to care and availability to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis including night shifts and weekends
- Great communication skills
- Positive and friendly personality
- Clean driving license is essential to this role
