Support Worker
We are looking to recruit a support worker to join a friendly established team to provide morning support and personal care to a teenage girl at home and community support on Saturdays.
The successful candidate will offer:
· Experience in Care / Support
· Flexible approach to care and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekday evenings / Saturdays and during school holidays
· Great communication skills
· Positive and friendly personality
· Clean driving licence and access to won vehicle is essential to this role
