Job description
We are looking for support workers to maximise the independence of individuals within our day service and community settings.
Day Service Support includes
- Ensuring that the people we support and kept safe
- Motivating the people we support to take part in various activities.
- Providing person centred care
- Liaising and working within a team
- Day Trips
- Medication administration
- Personal Care
Community Support includes
- Support the individuals to run and take care of their own homes.
- Activities within the community
- Days/Trips out
- Supporting Individuals to maintain their health and wellbeing
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
About You
- A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
- A strong team player who can also work using their own initiative.
- A resilient personality whilst understanding the strength to seek support when needed.
- Satisfactory communication skills.
