We're looking for individuals who have a genuine passion and commitment to supporting the health and well-being of the elderly, along with a genuine care for making their lives as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We are seeking candidates who enjoy working within a team environment in providing a range of personal care services, including assistance with personal grooming and dressing, bathing assistance, laundry, meal preparation and assistance with medication. This position requires live-in or homecare hours, so strong interpersonal skills are necessary to develop strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update clients' care plans.
- Work with clients who have high support needs.
- Maintain and update client files.
- Provide emotional support to clients who have recently lost someone close to them.
- Become familiar with local community resources for care.,Counsel clients on dealing with grief.
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
