These include private hospitals and day centres. You will be fully trained to deliver care to the highest possible standards, as well as receiving ongoing mentorship from our Management Team.

Working on a ‘you choose your own shifts’ basis, you will be able to choose which days you work and which days you take off! No pressure and perfect for those with busy schedules and University or Childcare commitments.

You can work full-time or part-time, it’s completely up to you!

What you’ll be doing:

Providing mental and emotional support

Assisting with activities of daily living

Personal care

Ensuring safety and wellbeing of patients

Providing companionship

Promoting independence

Be a key part of multi-disciplinary teams

How does it work?

If successful, you will be invited for a virtual interview. After that, we’ll enrol you onto our online & in person training system to complete your certifications. Once completed, you will be given a log-in to our app where you can pick and choose which shifts you’d like to do.

What else do we offer?

- You can undertake your NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care – completely free of charge!

- Additional Training – if you find an area that interests you, we will equip you with additional training and resources to develop your skills

- No Pressure! – We know a lot of Healthcare is based around pressuring people into availability so we do the opposite – you choose whenever you want to work and we’ll find you a shift.

- A minimum of 6 months hands-on health/social care experience, ideally within learning disability or mental health and dementia.

- A caring nature

- A desire to make a difference

What should I include in my application?
