Job description
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to support a young man (20yrs) who has ASD, delayed language, ADHD and mild learning disabilities.
Our client lives at home with his parents and he requires someone to take him out at the weekend. A driver is essential as there is not local, reliable public transport. Our client will also need some support with his personal care and mealtimes.
Support required on a Sunday 0900-1800 or similar.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
Sunday 9am - 6pm
