We are now looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will assist with the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our warehouse systems and IT equipment.
Specifically, you’ll maintain automations and integrations and oversee our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Business Intelligence Software, carrier systems and thin clients.
As the initial point of contact for on-site systems and IT queries, you’ll troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues, managing user liaison and providing proactive feedback.
Additionally, you will:
- Escalate internal service issues
- Maintain bespoke customer software
- Provide onsite and remote hardware and network support
- Implement system improvements to the existing warehouse operation
To be considered as an IT Support Technician, you will need:
- Experience of working an IT Support and/or helpdesk role, or a fundamental base knowledge of IT and a willingness to learn
- Experience within a warehouse environment will be an advantage
- Knowledge of PC hardware and Software
- Proficiency in MS Query (or equivalent), Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- GCSEs in Maths and English, at a minimum Level 4 (Grade C) or above
- A full, valid driving licence
