21-35 hrs/week - FTE £22,000.

Here's a little about Tilba Marketing:

  • We're a fast-growing B2B Marketing and Virtual Assistance agency.
  • Our clients range from Digital Marketers to Engineers, Directory websites to Ironmongers and everything in between!
  • We support our clients with a range of tasks; anything from sending invoices to following-up on proposals via phone and email. The majority of our work is in supporting businesses to generate sales in some way.
  • We do things differently and this is our USP.

The support we provide to our clients enables their businesses to grow, either directly through our sales support or indirectly, by providing the admin support they need to work on growing their business.

We have the opportunity for someone to come in and work with several of our clients; for some this will be to contact warm leads via the phone and others to follow-up on meeting requests or proposals. In all cases, our clients sell their own services, we support them throughout the process.

The following qualities are essential:

  • Strong verbal skills and very comfortable on the phone
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative - you’ll receive full training.
  • A good listener
  • Ability to manage clients; you'll be working closely with your clients and will update/meet with them regularly. You’ll be a part of their team as much as you’re a part of the Tilba team!
  • Good IT skills - you’ll be working on our CRM and Task-Management systems, and our clients’ systems too. The ability to pick up systems quickly is a must.
  • The most important attribute is a willingness to learn.
  • Someone who is local to Holbeach for training purposes - please note there is no access to the office via a Bus.
  • If you’re looking for a full-time role, you will spend a small part of your time making sales calls on behalf of Tilba Marketing and/or our clients. They’re not the icky kind that you’ve experienced before, and we guarantee you won’t be hung up on or have anyone being rude to you. We’ll train you up to show you how to do this so you feel completely comfortable.

The following qualities are highly desirable, though not essential and shouldn’t hold you back from applying:

  • No previous sales experience is required, but it will help if you’ve been in a sales role or sales support role in the past. You will not be working to any targets, we just want to see our clients succeed.
  • Experience of working within a client-facing role in a service-based business is preferred.

This may be something that you can assist with in the future (if you wish, this is absolutely not essential to the advertised role).
