Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of IT Support Technician at our Doncaster office . This is a fulltime job with a salary of £24000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
Role Summary
The IT support Technician will play a key part of the IT department of Solutions 4 Health through supporting a busy NHS sexual health service in Doncaster. This role will assist with first and second line user support, gathering new service requirements, translating the requirements into clear tasks for service improvement and development, testing new functions, system administration and maintenance as well as training end users on how to use various systems. Sound technical knowledge of operating systems, software and hardware set up is vital for this role as it will involve coordinating building and allocation of new assets to users. Knowledge of Lilie information system will be beneficial. Finally, a creative yet structured approach to problem solving will be required together with afore mentioned technical knowledge to meet the user’s needs within a diverse business that is growing rapidly.
