We are looking for an IT Support Technician looking to take the next step in their career, to join our client based in Bolton. The company operate in the manufacturing industry, working as a market leader in their field of electronic devices used in the advertising industry. By delivering digital intelligence to their impressive portfolio of clients, they have been growing massively over the past 15 years, across 12 countries.

You would be working for an award winning, industry leading company who pride themselves on their staff and the revolutionary way they conduct their business. The position is based in Bolton, so you must be able to commute to the office Monday - Friday.
Summary of the Role:
Carry out 2nd/3rd Line support on the ticketing system
Support the internal business users
Troubleshoot Network issues
Troubleshoot & install Hardware / Software
Monitor and manage Infrastructure
Skills/Experience should include some of the below:
Minimum of 3 years in a 2nd/3rdline role
Windows Server - 2012 / 2016 / 2019
Experience of troubleshooting hardware and software within a Windows environment
Active Directory
Networking skills
Experience managing virtual infrastructures (Hyper-V)
O365 Administration
ERP System knowledge (beneficial)
We have a salary of up to £36,000 on offer plus benefits including 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service), workplace pension scheme matched at 5% employer, private medical cover, life insurance x4 salary and discretionary company bonuses.
