You will be joining the Desktop Support team at one of the biggest companies within their industry in the UK, one that is making a direct positive impact on our global environment.
You will be joining a tight-knit IT Support team providing desktop support to over 700 users across their 3 UK sites, headquartered in Leeds. PC/Laptop builds, networking, app support, asset management and security support will all be in your remit, both face-to-face and remote support.
You will be using your expertise with IT support tools such as Active Directory, Office365, Intune/SCCM and CMDB management, working within an ITIL framework. You will be able to use your 2nd Line skills supporting audio-visual technologies, too.
