Job description
As part of this role you will be expected: To provide secretarial support to clinical teams within the Community Mental Health Team and Memory Assessment Service. To complete audio typing for the team. To deal with any patient queries and incoming post. To take minutes at professional meetings and MDT meetings.
To provide reception cover for outpatient clinics. To book and re-arrange appointments. To answer telephone calls. To cover immediate colleagues within the team if required.
Training will be given on the job for this.
