About the Company
We are looking for a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Sidcup.
Established in 2002, we provide IT Support to Schools, Colleges, and Businesses around Kent and London.
Our aim is to create a team of engineers and technicians with a focus on relationships not sales, and they believe their success in maintaining a reputation for quality support is built on that simple principle!
Required Skills:
- Experience of VMWare and Hyper-V environments
- Experience of Windows Server Operating Systems
- Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge in supporting Desktops, laptops and imaging of these devices.
- Experience of AV Equipment
- Good backup practice
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and good working knowledge in I.T
- Experience working in an educational environment would be advantageous
Desirable Skills:
- Unifi/Aruba/Meraki Wireless Solutions
- MDM (Meraki, Jamf, Lightspeed, Apple Configurator)
- Google Workspace Administration
- Office 365 Administration
- AV Installation experience
Required Experience:
- Ideally, 2-3 years of work IT experience
