Contact Centre Support Officer x2
Our client is looking for two Contact Centre Support Officers to join the Adult Social Care (Enquiry Team), with potential placement up to 31 March 2024. The post involves delivering an enhanced customer experience that promotes wellbeing to local people in their local communities.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Up to 31 March 2024 (reviewed every 3 months)
Rate of Pay: Negotiable dependant on experience (Inside IR35)
Hours: 37 hours
Location: West Midlands
Onsite working in North West Birmingham
Responsibilities:
- Deal with incoming calls and process requests for service from all customer enquiries across multiple channels
- Provide customers with a prompt, effective, courteous service, by meeting or exceeding established service standards
- Adjust customer service according to the individual needs of the customer
- Provide accurate and timely advice and information
- To book appointments for officers for telephone or face to face visits in line with agreed procedures
Requirements:
- GSCE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
- Experience of working within a busy Contact Centre environment
- A standard DBS check is required for this role
- Be an active listener, with clear communication skills and a team player
Have excellent IT skills as the role requires the use of numerous systems and applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
