Job description
The Digital Support Officer, based in the Careers and Employability Team at the University of Liverpool, will be responsible for assisting in the development and day-to-day administration of digital employability enhancing tools for students. The primary focus of this role is to support the Digital Officer in scaling the use of digital employability tools across the institution, with the aim of providing innovative, tech-enhanced, and accessible services to students.
The Digital Support Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that students, including those with diverse abilities, have equal access to effective digital resources to enhance their employability prospects.
You will be responsible for supporting colleagues with the implementation of new projects, initiatives and campaigns. You will also be responsible for providing direct support to the Communications and Engagement Lead in the provision of engaging experiences, innovative technology and coherent communications to support the University¿s strategic aspirations in relation to student experience.
You should have a minimum of 3 GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English Language.
This is a permanent position.
