- Specialized Experience. you have 1+ years working with medical terminology, clinical research, or public health
- Call Center Experience. you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing customer service, in a call center inquiry response operations.
- Education. you have a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Remote. this position works 100% from a dedicated home office.
