Role overview
We are looking for experienced, proactive, and ambitious Credit Control Administrators. You will be responsible for providing critical support to the Credit Control function and to administer data ensuring data accuracy & integrity across many systems
Key tasks
- High volume data entry into customer portal accounts
- Providing professional and effective first line support to customers mainly via email for both customer care and credit control queries
- Ensuring all issues are logged, escalated, communicated accurately, and responded to within the appropriate timeframes.
- Dealing with customer queries, in a calm, professional manner, whilst trying to offer the best possible outcome.
- Passing on queries to the relevant person or department as required
- Implementation of new processes and procedures to maintain and improve customer data.
- Identification and communication of changes that need to be facilitated.
- Providing ongoing support to the Credit Control teams
- Process and print statements and dunning letters at regular intervals
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Acting as the key point of contact for customer queries

Knowledge and Skills (what you know and what you can do)
Essential -
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Capability to approach relevant parties with new ideas, where strategic thinking has been applied.
Desirable -
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience (what you have done)
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of working in a busy office environment and to tight deadlines
- Experience within a fast-paced administration role
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Demonstrated history of meeting targets consistently
- Proven ability to prioritise work effectively to meet business requirements.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills

Salary: Up to £22,500.00 per year
