Job description
The role entails offering assistance by addressing IT support inquiries and escalating critical issues that cannot be resolved by the support team to the IT Managers during after hours incidents. The proposed position entails providing support by managing IT ticketing and executing small-scale projects within the existing IT toolset during periods of inactivity in IT support requests.
We are currently seeking
You must possess fundamental experience in operating enterprise-level IT ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Jira Service Management, among others.
You must have prior experience working in an IT support role, where I have developed the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with both team members and staff members.
You must prior experience in the field of IT technical documentation.
Proficient understanding of essential IT concepts such as Networking, Hardware, and SaaS is required in order to effectively address and resolve support tickets as they are received. Experience with various IT enterprise toolsets, including but not limited to Okta, Jamf, Windows, Mac, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, among others.
