About the Role:
Our International Office has achieved substantial growth in international student numbers and developed appropriate international activities to offer an excellent student experience.
Based on our Cambridge campus, the International Support Officer plays a key role in dealing with general enquiries, offering a range of advice to our current international students, organising activities to enhance the student experience, and providing administrative support to members of the International Office. This is a customer facing role and involves daily interaction with our international students both in-person and on-line to provide a high-quality student experience for current and future students.
You will have a Two A levels or a vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent. You will also have excellent customer service and communication skills, ideally you will have previous experience working with international students in a college or university environment.
