
Support Services Specialist Leicester, England
Job description
This is a hybrid role however you will be required to travel into our Leicester office at least once a week. We're currently moving into our new site in Nottingham and depending on your location, we can be flexible as to which location you visit on your day(s) in the office.

What you'll do
- Billing of completed installs carried out by our partners who we work with to deliver the eco obligation.
- Creating invoices to pay our installer network for the work they’ve delivered to us.
- Raising credit notes and balancing installer accounts.
- Reconciling the billed installations to ensure everything has been accounted for.
- Checking technical monitoring has been completed where necessary.
- Managing customer leads who are interested in having their homes insulated under the scheme and passing these out to our supply chain.
- Allocating customer leads across our supply chain to arrange for eligible customer homes to be insulated.
- Liaising with our supply chain to gain updates on the allocated leads.
- Liaising with customers as and when required.
- Support our in-house installation team to insulate customer homes from by ordering the materials and equipment they’ll need to do this.
- Producing reports to keep stakeholders informed.

- Well organised with the ability to work across a number of varied activities covered within the Support Services team.
- A team player mentality.
- Able to work remotely and manage own workload and time to meet targets.
- An understanding of the eco obligation is a nice to have but not essential
