Job description
An established asset management company is looking for a Sales Support Manager to join their London office. Working closely with European Distribution team, the Sales Support Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Organise client meetings and remain the main point of contact for inbound queries and prospects with the firms’ European clients.
- Be the point of contact for Sales Directors, supporting in all sales support activity including whilst the team are travelling.
- Provide marketing material and data as appropriate to all client/prospects, in addition to European event planning, and attendance at conferences and roadshows.
- Be an active member across the team and ensure clients data requests and ad hoc information is current.
- Ensure all client data is up to date and in line with compliance standards.
The Sales Support Manager will meet the following skillset:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Asset Management.
- Background in Sales, Sales Support or Client services is beneficial.
- Fluent European language essential (Reading, writing and speaking across French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Dutch or Swedish)
- A motivated individual with a strong desire to learn, grown and succeed.
- Experience using Salesforce
