Business Support Manager (BSM) 4161 Higher Education (Agent Management, Sales, and Global student recruitment)
Responsibilites:
To lead and manage the Administration & support teams across all schools within the trust ensuring shared skills, knowledge and capabilities
- To support and motivate the team through effective performance management, target setting and ongoing appraisal
- To coach, develop and encourage individuals as required to promote continuous personal development and to create an effective, efficient and flexible workforce
Formal qualification or qualification by experience in Office Management
- Substantial administrative skills
- Proficient in use of MS Excel spreadsheets, other Microsoft packages such as Word, PowerPoint
- Experience of delivering on multiple projects/work within tight timescales
- Experience of managing and developing a multifunctional team and working with external suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting prioritize
- Ability to tackle adhoc requests as they arise
- Strong organisationalskills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- Masters
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience of work with an International Institution
- Over 5 Years of Experience in the HE sector preferably working with UK universities and Agent Network
Education Administrator Responsibilities:
- Inbox management
- Agent Management
- Timetabling
- Supporting exam boards
- Providing administrative support to two programmes
- Assisting with the coordination of presentations
- Supporting exam boards and markers
- Collating online resources
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Education Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail

Salary: £18,026.89-£31,780.00 per year
