About The Role
Do you have experience of leading and motivating a team of a drivers to achieve key KPI’s? Do you have a customer first approach? Do you want to work in a newly created role within a patient centred business?
As a Transport Support Manager here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, you will lead a team of circa. 20 Patient Service Operators (PSO’s) across the depot and outstation operations ensuring high levels of engagement and motivation to provide a first-class patient experience in a safe, legal and compliant way. Managing to KPI’s (operational and financial) you will instil a culture of efficient and process improvement, conducting regular 1-2-1’s and appraisals.
This role will be required to work 5 days of 6 (Monday – Saturday), we operate an early shift (approx. 6am start) and late shift (approx. 8pm finish).

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in leading and motivating a team of drivers to deliver high performance and excellent customer service. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with other departments within LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. As a self-starter, you will demonstrate excellent organisation skills, a willingness to learn and the confidence to challenge the status quo. A full UK driving license is essential.About Us
