Job responsibilities:
As a Strategy Support Manager, you will help lead efforts in solving complex problems and implementation of issues critical to the Home Lending strategy.
- Guides and supports management in the successful launch of next generation technology and optimize performance post-deployment
- Provides guidance, direction, and support to multiple partners
- Partners closely with the functional groups that support innovation deployment including Telephony, Work Force Management and Home Lending Client Central (HLCC)
- Identifies opportunities to improve Home Lending Advisor (HLA) experience and develop business process improvements to make it easier for our HLAs to serve our customers
- Analyses performance reports and assists with processes/ recommendations for improvement while keeping the overall customer and HLA experience top of mind
- Troubleshoots issues that surface pre and post deployment and solves for solutions; Analyses and recognizes trends in digital adoption; Supports delivery and analysis of performance reporting and subsequent action plans
- High degree of independent decision making & autonomy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- May manage the work of direct reports or has deep technical expertise
- Could be individual contributor at more in-depth level of expertise
- Responsible for managing projects and/or processes in support of broader functional strategy
- Long range planning and significant delegation of responsibilities
- 5 years’ experience utilizing data and analytics to inform decisions
- Must have strong analytical mindset with ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
