About the role
In this role you will provide input and perspective to influence initiatives to deliver improved colleague engagement, customer experience, operational efficiencies or cost efficiencies.
- Driving change for our Accessibility customers in the airport environment with a global lens
- Strong relationship skills to form partnership with multiple stakeholders
- Global Travel possible based at Heathrow
