Synapri are currently working with a well-established, multinational organisation within the regulatory services industry. They are currently working on a large-scale project where they have recently had plenty of traction and a huge influx of work.
Our client are now looking to onboard a 1 st /2 nd Line IT Support Engineer for a minimum of 6 months to provide technical support within the team for their Process Automation Tool and Enterprise Content Management system.
The successful candidate will be directly dealing with and consulting users, creating training materials, and escalating any tickets that need development support to 3 rd line.
Technical skills:
- Microsoft Suite & Visio
- ServiceNow Ticketing System
- Experience within heavily regulated environments is highly beneficial.
