We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Support Engineer to join our Houston based office.

Some of the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the warehouse and the yard, receiving, expediting and storage of goods and materials.
- Work in accordance with the department’s objectives and procedures.
- Responsible for controlling the stock under their control (including Stena Drilling stock).
- Responsible for Maximo asset transfers for SSL and inventory management.
- Ensure that all goods and materials received are in an acceptable condition on arrival and carry the proper papers/certification as specified.
- Prepare/Coordinate SSL equipment shipments and ensure they are properly packed and loaded in a safely.
- Ensure that all goods and materials are accurately updated in the system with proper rack and storage location.
- Ensure all documentation is uploaded in the system.
- Ensure that all goods and materials are stored in a safe and proper manner and as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Prepare SSL equipment maintenance routines, maximising asset value potential for both critical and non-critical SSL stock.
- Coordinate SSL equipment maintenance plan, including work scopes and documenting history within Stena Asset Management software.
- Ensure all equipment and goods carry the proper preservation activities as per manufacturer's instructions.
- Ensure that all goods and materials are packed properly and carry the necessary documentation before expediting.
- Ensure that all non-conforming goods and materials are properly marked and segregated.
- Distribution of parts upon demand by Heads of Departments/Supervisors.
- Maintain Maximo/Spreadsheets to effectively control and management parts/equipment stored on behalf of Stena Vessels and Subsea Leasing.
- Ensure correct HS Tariff Codes are selected when importing and exporting all our goods.
- Any other duties that are required by the Subsea Leasing Manager.
Suitable applicants should ideally have:
- Current Forklift licence
- Driving Licence
- Manual Handling
- Previous Experience in a similar environment
- Good Administrative skills, including the use of computer systems
