We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing remote support, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have experience with customer service, problem-solving, and technical support, as well as excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Perform system upgrades and patching.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
- Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance and availability.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
