Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a large company situated in Kent. You will be part of a collaborative team that is tasked with the successful daily running of IT systems across the Group, ensuring they remain effective, efficient and scale-able to support the business as it grows.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Effective planning and coordination of system vulnerability requirements resolving any issues to ensure effective maintenance if business-critical IT systems
• Providing 1st Line technical and general support for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining IT infrastructure and supporting the business.
• Implementation, management and monitoring of industry processes and updates ensuring all company systems are scale-able to enable the highest levels of productivity and quality across within all teams across the organisation
• Maintaining company hardware and software asset management lists.
• Supporting the on-boarding and setting up new devices and infrastructure needing access to shared systems.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of HubSpot and Amazon Web Services beneficial
• Experience applying and maintaining Microsoft Exchange, Office 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to converse with a diverse audience
• Attention to detail
• Team player

Desirable:

• Strong Mac knowledge.
• Skills in scripting automation, PowerShell, SQL Queries.

Package:

• £30,000 depending on skills and experience
• 5% bonus of salary split into quarters on top of salary
