IT Support Engineer
Our client a leading manufacturing company are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
· Run trouble shoot and diagnostic reports
· Delivering face to face and remote support to office
· Handling of issues through IT help desk services
· Installation and maintenance of office equipment such as printers, computers etc
· Application and system support for CRM and Stock systems etc
· Administration of new starts on IT systems
· Working with IT department and have input on any new projects within department
· Liaise with different departments within the business
· Other relevant ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria:
· 3rd level qualification in ICT
· Excellent computer skills
· Highly motivated and willingness to learn
· A positive can-do attitude
· Basic network knowledge
