Job Title: IT Support Engineer Department: Operations
Reporting to: IT Manager Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25k – £28k (DOE) Location:Hybrid – LS19 & BD2 (4 days on site)
Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30

About the role
We are seeking an IT support engineer who will be responsible for the desktop support function(s), and systems within the business. The successful post holder will provide support to the IT Manager and other business Managers as required. Other areas of the business where support is required will be the eCommerce operation with hardware/software diagnosis and liaising with third party support, with ad-hoc support also required at our London HQ office (remotely and occasionally on-site).
Job Responsibilities-
· Supporting eCommerce software requests.
· Support all Microsoft desktop support functions for business operation:
-Office 365 Applications and Intune management
-Windows 10/11 deployment
-Printer and other PnP devices to troubleshoot
· Asset logging for all IT equipment.
· General maintenance of systems (IT upgrades/revisions).
· Travel between two West Yorkshire sites to support IT function.
· Communicate/escalate any problems or issues to the relevant manager/supervisor.
· Any other reasonable duties that are required by management.
· Liaise with third party support partners.
About you
Essential:
· Any IT-related qualifications (Network +, A+ or equivalent) – essential.
· Good knowledge of different IT systems which includes hands on experience;
o Windows 10, Printer deployment, Wireless 802.11x, Office 365 and Admin tools
· Windows Server technology up to 2019:
-Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, User management
-Certificate knowledge is advantageous
-GPO and basic script functions
· Ability to communicate, influence and build/maintain relationships across all levels.
· Ability to organise, coordinate and work autonomously.
· Knowledge of Networking, switches and wireless
· Good Literacy and Numeracy
· Driving license
Desirable:
· Microsoft qualifications
· MDM management Microsoft Intune or similar
· Previous experience of ERP systems and B2C
