Job description

We’re looking for a flexible and dependable Support Desk Coordinator to join our growing team to manage and coordinate support requests for a diverse range of digital clients.

  • Salary: £25,000-£30,000 DOE
  • 4 Day Work Week: We’ve implemented a 4-day working week but you still get paid for 5! Receive a clarity day away from your weekly schedule to focus on training, wellbeing and personal development.
  • Hybrid working (2 days a week office based in Chester)

About the role

Working within a large and highly experienced team of digital professionals, you will be part of our Customer Success team, helping to manage client support and improvement requests that are raised against their web based projects.

Key responsibilities for this role

  • Managing incoming tasks and assigning to team members within the agreed timeline
  • Handling and assessing incoming tickets within ticket management systems
  • Creating support reports for clients.

Prioritising and scheduling improvement requests with clients

  • Ensuring that clients support budgets are managed effectively

Essential skills you need to have
