Support Assistant

Role: Support Assistant
School: Communication & Media
Grade: Grade 4
Responsible to: School Officer
Campus: Belfast or Coleraine
(Permanent/Full-time)
Job Purpose:
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of School, Associate Head of School
and contribute to the administrative support service to senior officers as and when required.
We intend to create a 12 month waiting list for same or similar roles within the University.
