We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Home Care Assistants throughout within the UK and outside the UK. Emiran HealthCare is a privately owned care company with an excellent reputation and is rated very highly for the service it provides to its clients in their own homes. We welcome applications from experienced carers and people with no experience who would like to start a new career in health and social care. We provide local care for local people within the comfort of their own homes.
The Role:
· Visiting mainly elderly people in their own homes
· Providing personal care such as assistance to wash and dress
· Helping with medication and meal preparation.
· Part-time roles also available.
Requirements:
· Experience preferred but full training provided.
· Employment subject to DBS check and minimum 2 references.
· Drivers preferred but some work available for non-drivers.
· Able to work some unsocial hours, i.e. evenings or weekends.
· Should live in and around job locations if possible (preferred).
Benefits
· Full training provided including care certificate, if appropriate.
· Other training including QCF (NVQ) and relevant certification
· Flexible hours (full or part time), plenty of available hours.
· Holiday pay (pro-rata).
Salary: up to £14.65 /hour and £28,500pa + mileage + performance benefits and other entitlements

Job Title: Care Worker
Duties:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Skills:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals with physical or cognitive impairments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs
