Support Administrator
Salary- £21,297 - £23,829
This is a full-time permanent position
The role is based at our Clifton campus with flexible office and remote home working.
About the Role
The Support Administrator is the principle point of contact for on-campus face-to-face student enquiries and hard-copy coursework hand-ins through the Student Information Desk. They also provide general administrative and clerical support to the Subject and School Administration team, supporting delivery of student and course-led activities.
You will display a professional level of customer focus and the ability to empathise with students along with excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workloads to complete tasks promptly and accurately.
Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, SharePoint, Word and Excel, are also essential to this role.
