We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Support Specialist based at our Sheffield facility who will be fully engaged and adaptable, a great teammate, problem solver and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities
Manage stock levels of consumable items for a busy production site
Interface with the teams on site and focal to support in procurement activities
Prepare documentation to request engagement of the indirect procurement team to collate pricing and supplier opens.
Engage with and perform all activities relating to the electronic Indirect Procurement system (Raising Requisitions, Providing Receipt confirmation)
Invoice Queries
Administration of Purchase Orders with frequently used suppliers ensuring correct values are present.
Manage internal processing and record keeping for receipt of purchased goods / services
Documentation and support as required for goods purchased outside of the UK
Assist with end of month activities within supply chain team as required / provide cover support within the wider team as required
Monthly reporting and record keeping
Adherence to company policies associated with engagement with suppliers
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication skills required as there is a requirement of the role to engage with various stakeholders; both internal and external.
Experience in purchasing administration
Preferred Qualifications
This role will suit an individual who’s used to working within AS9100 working environment
Experience with IT systems associated within the supply chain or warehouse activities

Work Authorisation
