Supply Chain Support is multifunctional team incorporating over 100 individual roles. The area provides expertise and specialist knowledge on all supply chain processes to support our customer facing teams such as CS, EE Retail, Corporate/SME, Insurance and Indirect.
We provide a bespoke service enabling the effective and efficient management of customer queries in relation to SC activity, including but not limited to delivery queries, stock management, device costs, fraud analysis and order processing.

What will the role involve as our Supply Chain Support Advisor?

    • Provide excellent service at all times whilst operating within company guidelines and constraints within the processes of the area knowing when to use initiative and step outside of the box within reason.
    • To answer all general enquiries which may be emails, tasks or calls promptly accurately and efficiently, for example: return stock processing, Customer helpdesk/retail queries relating to deliveries, equipment charges, order errors, potential fraud, stock and order processing
    • Actively manage the return stock aspect of swap return and failed delivery ensuring all and correct stock is returned. Financially adjusting customers’ accounts where required to recover cost losses
    • Proactive management of outbound deliveries to ensure success and prevent PTC, including analysis of customer verbatim and process efficiency

What are we looking for in our Supply Chain Support Advisor? You may have a variety of the below;

    • Customer Focus: The ability to put yourself in the customer shoes and drive resolution to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
    • Analytical and reasoning skills: ensure complex queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently without the need for escalation.
    • Perseverance and motivation: Must be able to see a case through to the end ensuring the desired outcome for all parties is agreed and met.
    • Commercial Awareness: Costs are key to the area and as such employees must be conscious of costs vs experience to find the right balance for the customer and the company
