WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Serve as primary interface to customer business stakeholder
  • Oversee procurement of products and accessories to support customers global technology deployment organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global procurement, logistics, warehousing, and project teams
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key customer contacts
  • Communicate effectively with customer to identify needs and provide day to day support for escalation
  • Develop process workflows and program operational documentation repository
  • Drive Monthly Operational Reviews
  • Develop Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Provide reports showing trends and uptime against KPI's and SLA's
  • Categorize variance data and drive actions to resolve issues against KPI's and SLA's
  • Manage a global procurement and logistics operation for a singular customer
  • Maintain all standards and documentation for systems and process globally
  • Monitor and control operations impact to profitability and drive strong financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in both value to the customer and financial/operational performance.
  • Provide status of inventory and key operational metrics
  • Assist and advise on warehouse operations related to volume of customer activity
  • Provide holistic oversight to our client's inventory positions, ensuring daily/weekly/monthly checks and reports are in place per client requirements.
  • Serve as first point of escalation in relation to Inventory Management
  • Have a high level of understanding of Inventory Management and work actively to address pain points or suggest improvements, both systematic, and to physical spaces.
  • Provide a continuous improvement approach to Inventory Management, employing Lean principles to review, adapt and improve all areas within scope.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience as a self-starter and accountable owner
  • Client Facing/Customer Service skills are paramount
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent task management with tenacious follow-up.
  • Exceptional professionalism and customer-service skills.
  • Outstanding delegating and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience leading projects to completion with multi-faceted team involvement
  • Excellent command of Google Workspace MS Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Inventory and Asset Management systems highly desirable.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The pace requires independent and confident thinking, self-motivation, and determination.
