About The Role

In this role, the successful candidate will identify and lead the execution of efficiency improvements to how we flow products into store and replenish at the shelf edge ensuring we have the right stock in the right place, at the right time.

Some other accountabilities will include:


  • Play a Leadership role within the team, to drive improvements in efficiency and availability across all categories
  • Minimising costs by working through the end to end Supply Chain to identify and deliver efficiency opportunities
  • Identify and drive through to completion initiatives to improve routines, ways of working that are sustainable and can be embedded into the business
  • Set up governance processes and programme tracking
  • Take personal ownership of performance management and KPI delivery
  • Contributing towards a minimum of £1m+ per year in End to End savings
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships
  • Working with suppliers to understand opportunities and find solutions to deliver
  • Improving availability all the way through the end to end supply chain from supplier to shelf edge (group)

This role operates over a four day working week and based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

  • Strong knowledge of end to end stock flow and processes, from supplier to end customer
  • Proactive problem identification and resolution
  • Ability to champion pace, simplicity and lead change
  • Capability to work under pressure to hit deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills – confident and articulate with the ability to negotiate with and influence a range of stakeholders up to Director level
  • Strong background in leadership, coaching and development of cross-functional team
  • Proven experience of working in a project and/or change environment
