Job Title : Supply Chain Manager.

Contract Length: Initial 9 Months

Location: Any of DWP Hubs (Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne, Sheffield, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Glasgow).

Inside IR35 : £ 650 Per day

Minimum Requirement :

Performance and Governance

• Accountable for supplier performance management of the Statutory Compliance FM Suppliers providing ongoing performance and risk management against the agreed contractual performance obligations and ensuring contract management is effectively discharged. Overseeing the development of corrective actions to improve performance, working closely with DWP Estates Category Management (Commercial Team) on issues that require commercial input or escalation, as well as working closely with broader DWP Estates’ Service Delivery and H&S teams to obtain operational insights.

• Responsible for leading performance management governance of Hard FM Suppliers, undertaking review of Management Information. Leading regular performance reviews, identifying any trends as part of the governance process to collaboratively develop early corrective actions with Hard FM Suppliers.

• Working with the DWP Estates’ Performance & Audit team to develop a performance framework to set out performance data and reporting requirements that are aligned to contractual obligations / KPIs reflecting DWP’s business requirements, RIBA plan of work and best practice. Support review of performance audit against contractual obligations.
