We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced UK Food and Beverage Supply Manager to work across the David Lloyd Clubs group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take responsibility for the F&B supply function at David Lloyd and really make this role their own.

You will be responsible for overall management of the F&B Supply Chain annual basket spend of over £25m of food, drinks and packaging and work closely with the F&B team to ensure co-ordination of operational requirements and commercial discussions.

Please note that this role will need occasional travel across the UK.

And what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

• Preference for CIPS experience or working towards this
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain activities, preferably in Food / Drink supply
• Passion to improve the product we serve to our team and members
• Experience in dealing in multi-site operation
• Have a strong commitment to be self-motivated to develop and learn
• Understanding of commercial contracting
• Ability to influence senior management through articulation of your analysis
• Negotiation and influencing skills
