The role
Our operations team play a huge role in the success of our customers' experience ensuring we deliver on our promise of never being out of stock . To help ensure we continue to deliver on our promise, we are looking for a new Supply Chain Executive to join our operations team.
Specific quantities of each raw ingredient are mixed together to create the final Huel product that ends up in our customers' hands. In this role, you'll be responsible for making sure that there is always availability of these raw ingredients so we can create the products we need.
You'll create accurate plans and place orders to maintain target stock supplies, making sure we're able to produce the right quantities of our products. You'll organise and assist with the purchasing of all types of products, for all product ranges and also trials. You'll be liaising with manufacturers as to what levels of stock they hold and subsequently placing orders for stock replenishment and ensuring shipment goes ahead
We’re working with food so the shelf life of materials is super important. You’ll need to make sure that all of the stock is fit for purpose and accurate in the system.

What we're looking for in you
This role will best suit someone with around 1-2 years of experience working in Supply Chain, who has knowledge of purchasing, stock control, finance and quality management. We need someone who is an excellent communicator. Building strong relationships is crucial to this role as you manage our suppliers, so this would suit someone with excellent people skills, who feels they can negotiate well
It's critical that you are proficient with either excel or google sheets. Keeping track of raw material stock levels and where it is needed for production is a SUPER important part in the effectiveness of our supply chain and it forms the basis of a lot of this role.
