Supply Chain/Engineering Graduate Programme 2023

We are now accepting applications for our 2 year Graduate Programme beginning in October 2023 - closing date for appications 7th July 2023


  • Location: The programme will be site based for the first year so the successful candidate will be placed at one of our three sites - Beckton, Leeds or Rugby.
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum

If you choose to join our engineering pathway, your placements will give you the opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of teams. This might include:

  • Automation
  • Process engineering / Continuous improvement
  • Machine Maintenance – Both predictive and reactive
  • New product development
  • Packaging
  • Sustainability
  • Investment projects – Such as the installation of new equipment
  • Cyber Security
  • Alternatively, our supply chain graduates will have access to teams such as:
  • Production leadership
  • Quality
  • Health/Safety and the Environment Projects
  • Logistics
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Sustainability
  • Data and analytics
  • Investment projects – Such as the installation of new equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Whichever pathway you pursue, you’ll be motivated by a passion for learning and an ability to work at pace in order to drive our shared growth. As a supply chain executive working across multiple teams, amazing interpersonal skills are essential. Above all, a proactive, self starting attitude will be at the centre of every decision you make.


You’ll be working on a range of placements which could include:

  • Project Management – Working cross functionally to deliver strategic goals.
  • Change Management – Providing advice/guidance to those embedding change projects.
  • Project Engineering – Working with our central teams to design and deliver new/improved technology.
  • Continuous Improvement – Working collaboratively to create a culture that pro-actively seeks improvements.
  • Sustainability – Supporting projects on water, energy, and materials.
  • New Product Development – Including packaging design, new product trials.
  • Health Safety, and Environment – Supporting our teams to continue to embed a safety first culture.
  • Data and Analytics – Providing data and insights to support business decisions.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Whether you’re recently graduated or already working in FMCG, we’re looking for people who are well organized and will thrive within a team environment.
  • We’re open to graduates of any discipline, although our engineering roles will require a degree in the field.

  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities

Qualifications:

  • Degree from any discipline (although our Engineering pathway requires a relevant engineering degree)
