Job description
Grundfos GB are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join the Operations team based in our Leighton Buzzard office.
As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator at Grundfos you will play a vital role in handleing daily responsibility for our supply chain and stock operations for sales, service and water utilities to ensure first class service and delivery to customers. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. Additional responsibilities will include:
Assistance with the management and optimisation of stock levels to within agreed targets
Warehouse Management, in conjunction with the Site Facilities Engineer – Including lock-ups, van stock, consignment stock and returns
Stock takes for all GB stock locations
Returns co-ordination for unused stock
Reporting & Housekeeping of SAP CS & PS
Assistance with logistical/supply chain issues
Develop & improve process alignment between the Service, WU, Support function & Facilities teams
Back Up to goods in/out
What experience and qualifications would we like you to have?
Confident using Microsoft IT packages
Working knowledge of SAP CRM/ERP/BW
Qualification or experience in an engineering discipline would be advantageous
Experience in a Supply Chain previous supply chain role
We expect you to have a good level of commercial business knowledge, be confident and articulate with good communication skills. A self-starter with a practical approach and ability to work on own initiative. You must have attention to detail with a positive attitude.

This contract is Monday-Friday on a 37.5 hour week, mainly based in our Leighton Buzzard office with some flexibility to work from home.
