Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience

Right now, we're searching for someone who's eager to learn, loves fashion, and has killer analytical skills. This role is based in the heart of central London, where our historic five-story showroom is located. It's a fast-paced and exciting opportunity to dive into various tasks, with four days working in the office and one day remote each week.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be involved in the whole process, from placing orders with factories and arranging shipments to handling stock allocation and ensuring customers receive their goods on time. We need someone who knows their way around Excel, has experience with stock management systems, pays attention to detail, and can communicate like a pro. Building strong relationships with our customers and internal teams is also crucial to this role.
Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:
- Getting all the latest styles set up in our wholesale software (SAP) for each season
- Crunching numbers and keeping track of pricing
- Generating purchase orders and sending them off to our suppliers
- Sorting out the logistics of getting our goods shipped and combining shipments when possible
- Dealing with import duties and checking invoices
- Reviewing invoices for production
- Booking shipments from the port to our warehouse as soon as possible
- Allocating stock and invoicing customers
- Making sure we meet delivery schedules and requirements for our key accounts
- Keeping reports up to date and managing information in SAP
