We operate out of 6 sites across the UK, USA and Far East and have an exciting opportunity for Supply Chain and Logistics Administrator to join our team based at Parc Hendre, Ammanford. Key Responsibilities

  • Processing job cards and ensuring all materials are ordered
  • Arranging the dispatch of goods, adhering to all packaging regulations for international shipping
  • Manage all imports/exports and ensure a robust recording process for goods-in/out
  • Experience of COSHH and shipping/handling regulations
  • Competent using Sage 200, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office packages
  • Data entry and document control
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Working closely with the Production and Sales teams
  • PA and admin support for the Site Manager
  • Answering the phone and confidently dealing with enquiries
  • Minute taking, letter writing, scanning and printing documents
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
  • Due to location, a driving license and own transport would be highly desirable
