Job Description

Our Supply Chain team support our global logistics network to efficiently deliver products for our brands. Supporting areas include international transportation and operations, global trade compliance, supply chain strategy and coordination, e-commerce operations, global procurement and positions driving success within our world-class distribution centers. Our Supply Chain team synchronizes supply and demand, while measuring global business performance. The Supply Chain Analyst will provide operational and analytical leadership in logistics operations.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide excellent service support to internal and external customers as it relates to the routing, tracking, and service performance for all logistics activities
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners for related business needs (e.g., service issues, reporting, data analysis, etc.)
  • Lead meetings with cross-functional partners
  • Supervise multiple carriers and contracts
  • Hold service providers accountable for performance by challenging appropriately and effectively
  • Contribute to process and project developments as well as improvements across departments
  • Learn IT system capabilities and implement as needed
  • Identify issues and support implement resolutions in a timely fashion
  • Make a positive impact on the business by keeping expense management at the forefront of decision making
  • Be able to analyze and approve invoices and costs from providers
  • Identify savings opportunities, implement process changes, measure, and report results
  • Work with Manager and department peers in evaluating and selecting service providers
  • Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Help prepare meetings with external partners to drive results by collecting useful data
  • Support the team preparing corrective action with service providers on sub-standard performance

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers, lead conversations and influence others
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively and be willing to accept and provide direction
  • Creative thinking, willingness to share opinion and challenge the status quo
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong ability to dissect and speak to analytical information
  • Positive attitude and the ability to change direction with little notice
