Inspiro Learning are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team. The position is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on, proactive individual to take the next step in their career as part of a developing procurement and supply chain function.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Procurement and Supply Chain support across the Inspiro Learning business. The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative activities and will support on a range of procurement projects. Specific responsibilities will include: processing new supplier requests, maintaining supplier due diligence and records, processing manual payments and dealing with supply chain queries.

As a Supply Chain Administrator you will
- Manage new supplier requests, including issuing and processing due diligence documents
- Ensure supplier records are maintained and updated as required
- Maintain supplier/contract databases
- Process manual payments to suppliers
- Support purchase order and invoice queries
- Action supplier/supply chain queries, escalating as necessary
- Maintain P&SC shared working environment (SharePoint)
- Provide management information as required/appropriate
What are we looking for?
- Admin experience within the Procurement/Commercial/Finance sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Can do attitude and proactive approach
- Exhibits own initiative and can work unsupervised
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and colleagues
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm to continually improve self and others
- Able to adapt and work within a changing environment
An understanding of the purchasing process and knowledge of the training and further education process is desirable but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
