Intake Administrator
£10.80 phr - 3 on 3 off (10 hour shifts 7am - 5pm)

Intake Admin Responsibilities
· Update and manage delivery schedule for intake team
· Respond to Supplier queries regarding booking in and manage expectations
· Check delivery note vs Hellenic vs order for each meat delivery
· Report any differences to intake manager for investigation as required
· Collect information above for meat deliveries and update spreadsheet with delivered quantities.
· Collate and sort all ingredients and packaging delivery notes for finance
· Respond to any queries regarding Hellenic & delivery notes as requested by planning / finance
· Request items delivered that are not on the system for booking in with Planning
· Manage ECS sheets and update trackers of equipment for inbound and outbound
· Report daily equipment information to Group Equipment and deal with any queries.
· Prepare delivery notes for Amber, Magnavale and external suppliers/customers as required
· Communicate short deliveries to suppliers daily and collate information for Finance weekly
· Provide traceability information upon request by QA Department
· Ordering any Diesel or equipment as required by Intake Manager
